Our engineering department is dedicated to helping companies create better products. Our engineers work closely with customers to improve their designs and ensure that their products can be manufactured efficiently.

Before we submit a quotation, our engineers carry out detailed calculations and provide advice on how the required tools and welding fixtures can be produced. This helps our sales team offer the best possible pricing and ensures we can contribute to our customers’ success with a complete solution.

When a customer decides to work with us, our engineers start designing the necessary tooling and welding fixtures. They create drawings and ensure that all tools and fixtures are manufactured according to specification in our workshop. During prototype production, the engineer guides the process to ensure everything functions as intended and to identify and resolve any issues.

Our engineers also play an important role in and around the production process. First, they prepare the production workflows digitally by sending drawings and settings directly to the production equipment, so our machines receive the correct instructions to manufacture the products. This reduces setup time and minimizes the risk of deviations from the specifications required by the customer.

If any issues arise during production, our engineers are ready to support the operators in resolving them. They ensure that production runs as planned and efficiently delivers products that meet all expectations and seamlessly fit into our customers’ solutions.
