Collecting and using personal data from customers, suppliers and other contractors
We would like to inform you that we will collect and use the personal data you provide to us because this is necessary for concluding and performing any agreement with you. This applies both to our (potential) customers and to parties from whom we purchase goods and/or services.
If you are a (potential) customer, we use your data to send you a quotation, to determine which specifications or requirements a particular product or service must meet, to supply products or perform work for you, to invoice you, and to communicate with you swiftly and efficiently about the execution of the agreement.
If you are a (potential) supplier or other contractor, your personal data is also necessary for concluding and performing the agreement. In the case of purchasing, this is needed to inform you of the specifications or requirements a product or service must meet for us, to request a quotation, to place an order with you, to pay your invoices, and to communicate with you efficiently regarding other aspects of the agreement.
You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with sufficient data, we may be unable to perform the tasks mentioned above.
Collecting, using and storing personal data of business relations
We would like to inform you that we will collect and use the personal data you provide to us because you have given consent or because this is necessary for the protection of our legitimate interests. We process the following data: name, address, and contact details.
If you are a business relation of ours, we use your data to contact you for purposes that are in the interest of our organisation. Examples include discussing potential cooperation, exchanging information and maintaining our business network.
You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with sufficient data, we may be unable to fulfil the purposes mentioned above. Your data will be deleted one year after the last contact.
Transfer to third parties
In relation to the execution of any agreement with you, it may be necessary for us to provide your personal data to parties that supply components, materials and products to us or that perform work on our behalf. Furthermore, we use Microsoft Office and associated storage services for e-mails and other files.
Retention period for personal data
If you have requested a quotation from us but have not become a customer, your data will be deleted no later than one year after our last contact. Likewise, if we have received a quotation from you but have not become your customer, your personal data will also be deleted no later than one year after our last contact.
If you have become a customer of ours, or we of yours, we will retain your personal data for seven years after the end of the financial year in which the agreement has been fully executed. This seven-year period corresponds to the retention obligation imposed by the Dutch Tax Authority. After this period, your personal data will be deleted.
