Own production cell, number of operators cut in half
One of our customers in the machine-building industry approached us for the deep drawing of steel sheet material. We set up a dedicated production cell for this customer, equipped with everything needed to manufacture these products. As a result, the customer was able to automate the handling between various production processes and now needs only half the number of operators. Moreover, as specialists, we can produce larger volumes with consistent quality. Combined with the lower unit price, this results in savings of around 100,000 euros per year!
